We supply stores across Tunisia: Tunis, Béja, Sousse, Médenine and Sfax. Buyers in Europe usually order from a drawing without travelling. Distance is not a problem: files travel by email, dimensions are confirmed in writing, and the shipping terms are agreed for each order.
What we do
We cut sheet metal on a CNC fiber laser from DXF, DWG or STEP files. A dimensioned PDF or a clear sketch works as well. That is how custom parts and OEM components are made: brackets, enclosures, frames, machine covers, replacement parts and prototypes, as one piece or as a full series.
Sheet and plate are bent on a press brake to the angles and radii on your drawing, and welded assemblies are built to drawing in the material the drawing specifies. Decorative panels, screens, gates, signs and lettering are cut by laser to your dimensions. Stainless steel equipment for professional kitchens is made to order in Tunisia, including crêpe machines, planchas and fryers.
Every design we offer is drawn within our own company, and we keep the files. Drawing, cutting, bending and welding are all done by our own company, so one supplier answers for the finished part.
Job work for buyers in Tunisia and in the EU
We take on cutting, bending and welding work to your drawing and specification. Buyers in Tunisia order directly from us. Buyers in the EU use our job work for their own workshop and for their own customers.
Industrial goods of Tunisian origin may enter the EU at 0 % duty under the EU and Tunisia Association Agreement, but only where the preferential origin rules are met. That is a condition, not an automatic entitlement. Duty rates and origin rules are set by the customs authorities, and the buyer's broker confirms the treatment for the commodity code. An EUR.1 movement certificate can be issued by the Tunisian customs authority if the goods qualify, and it is not required for every shipment.
Terms are EXW Medjez El-Bab, or delivered on request, agreed for each order.
